Hawaii is a top tourist destination – we already know that – and it has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. But what to do when you’re on vacation in Hawaii and all you don’t have time to check out all the beaches to decide which is the best and most beautiful? You visit this blog and check out this article about the best 5 beaches in Hawaii. The places that will make your jaw drop and spirit go high.
I have tried my best initially to create a “top 5” of these best beaches, but this simply can’t be done. So I have eventually decided to call these beaches the best 5 in Hawaii and that’s it: no first or second or third placed. They are all amazing and you should visit them all. Check out some extra details below!
Kailua Beach Park
We’re talking here about one of the best Hawaii beaches – white sand and all the water sports you can think of: wind-surfing, kite-surfing, kayaking and, of course, swimming. It looks like more than a million dollars as you can see in the image above.
This is an exciting salt-and-pepper sand beach of the Travaasa Hana hotel, but it’s open to guests too so you don’t have to stay at the hotel to enjoy this amazing Hawaii beach. The waves here are always great and you can also go snorkeling for an all round amazing vacation in Hawaii!
Also named the Three-Mile Beach (because that’s its length), the Papohaku Beach is not one of the most popular beaches in Hawaii, and this is exactly why it made it to this list. However, if you go there in May during the Molokai Ka Hula Piko festival which takes place here, it will be really crowded. It’s up for you to decide when to go.
Spencer Beach Park
At the base of the Kamehameha temple, Spencer Beach is another amazing white sand beach you can find only in Hawaii and the place where your memories for a lifetime are waiting to happen. There are also a lot of activities for tourists and the presence of lifeguards make it even safer for families.
Hapuna Beach State Recreation Area
Last but not least, one of the most popular beaches in Hawaii, Hapuna is large and sandy and feels like the best place to spend an entire day lying in the sun. Actually, that’s the main thing to do on this beautiful beach if you’re not a windsurfing fan!
And these are the 5 best beaches in Hawaii, I wish you a great holiday when you go visit them (or just some… or at least one!)
